All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy
The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check in Policy
The room is available from 14:00.

Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy
Free accommodation and breakfast for up to 2 child(ren) under 12 y. sharing the parents room (by using existing bedding, or if the room is large enough, a crib or a rollaway bed) having breakfast as a family.

Special term for children
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one of the parents and present official ID. Responsible person named by parents must present parents written authorization (with certified signature).

Credit Card Payment Charge
Credit card used for prepayment must be shown at Check in. In case purchase card cannot be shown, guest will be required to pay room charge in full amount. Hotel will not be responsible for any fee during the refund procedure.
